Slicing Pie Agreement

A few years ago I published a letter of offer of slicing pie model and it was a very popular download. Last week I reviewed it and made some updates. The key is to make it clear that the participant is offered a position with a salary in line with the agreed market, but that no actual salary payment is promised or implied and that Slicing Pie is used for the fraction of shares. It is also good to meet fundamental expectations in terms of responsibilities, work products and time. Failure by the employee to comply with these requirements may result in the dismissal of an immeasurable cause. In many jurisdictions, a letter of offer is a legally binding agreement. Since I`m not a lawyer, you should let it pass before using it in your own business.
